After backing into my garage door we were quoted $4000 by another company and told we needed to replace the entire door despite only one panel being damaged. The owner of Clardy’s came out and offered us a significantly more cost efficient solution. Two Clardys employees were back at our house the next morning to repair our door. They were professional, friendly and incredibly efficient. The entire process was seamless and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The owner, Jeremy, has impeccable communication.I live in a house built in 1976, so needless to say there is always something to fix and some quirk that needs to be worked around.Two of his staff members came to replace my garage door exactly when promised. Jeremy called me just prior to their arrival to give me their ETA.His two staff members were polite, respectful, and informative. After expertly installing my door, they brought to my attention a small gap that was due to a crack in foundation in the garage. I thanked them for letting me know. They also educated me on what preventative maintenance is required to extend the life of the door, springs, etc.After the job was completed, Jeremy checked in to gauge my satisfaction.I told him how impressed I was and mentioned the problem with my home (not the installation) causing the minuscule gap under the door.He sent two more people out the very next day to problem solve and fix the issue, even though it was no fault of their own.I highly recommend this company. The owner and his staff are top notch. You will not be disappointed .
